Complete Mobile Dentistry, Inc. (CMD) began its journey in 2002 in the state of Wisconsin as a dedicated dental staffing agency. Our initial focus was connecting talented dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants with temporary and permanent positions across the state. Through our commitment to quality and professionalism, we quickly gained a reputation for excellence within the dental community.

As our expertise and client base expanded, we recognized a pressing need within the military community. Recognizing the importance of dental readiness for service members, we boldly expanded our services in 2005 to provide on-site dental readiness exams to military personnel stationed across the country. This marked a pivotal moment in CMD's history, as it steered our mission toward supporting the health and well-being of our nation's heroes.

In 2008, CMD expanded its services by becoming a regional provider for Logistics Health Incorporated (LHI). Building upon our expertise in dental readiness exams, we integrated restorative treatment into our offerings, enabling us to provide comprehensive dental care solutions to service members.

Recognizing the broader need for skilled dental professionals, CMD relaunched its staffing agency in 2015, transforming it into a national entity known as Complete Dental Staffing. Our agency excels at connecting dental offices of all sizes with qualified specialists, ranging from dentists and dental assistants to hygienists. We provide dedicated solutions for both short-term and long-term staffing needs, ensuring a seamless flow of exceptional dental care across the country.

Continuing to Serve: Major Expansion and a Commitment to Excellence

In 2018, CMD received a significant milestone-two major contracts valued at $200 million. These agreements empower CMD to expand services to 34 military bases across 22 states, effectively bringing our presence to 38 states nationwide. This ambitious expansion will generate 369 new full-time job opportunities, further solidifying CMD's dedication to its workforce and to providing exceptional care to service members.
