With a background in electronics and mechanics, Ron acquired an AS degree in air conditioning and heating and subsequently obtained his ASI certification. After several years of working in the field, he established AC Plus, which has since grown into a family-owned and operated business.

Our team, led by Ron and his wife Leslie, consists of their sons Matt, Eric, Scott, and daughter Tawny, who are all actively involved in the business.
