Transmission and Distribution Substation Improvements

We have provided multi-discipline engineering, architecture, and surveying services for various capital improvements to ensure safe and reliable electric service. Our team has worked on numerous transmission and distribution substation improvements, demonstrating our commitment to the power sector.

New Bar Rolling Micro Mill

We were part of the development of a new $250 million facility that produces low-cost, high-quality steel products, complementing the producer's existing manufacturing capabilities to better serve their customers. This project showcases our capabilities in the metal production sector.

Manufacturing Building Expansion/Additions

Our team has provided facility improvements and expansion to support an anticipated increase in production for our clients in the manufacturing sector. We understand the importance of adapting to changing market demands and have the expertise to help our clients achieve their growth goals.

New Service & Maintenance Facility for the Village of Bratenahl

We designed and constructed a new service garage and salt dome, replacing an existing 100-year-old facility. This project demonstrates our ability to work with government entities to provide essential services and infrastructure to the community.

Leadership and Expertise

Our leadership team, including President Ted Beltavski, PE, has extensive experience in the engineering, architecture, and surveying industries. Ted holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana, and is a member of several professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Institute of Steel Construction.
