Forensic & Valuation Services, PLC is a professional consulting firm with offices in Memphis and Chattanooga, Tennessee. Since our founding in 2003, we have specialized in Forensic Accounting, Forensic Economics, Business Valuation, Divorce Analytics, Fraud Investigations, and Economic Damages for Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Business Disputes. Our expert witnesses have testified in federal and state courts in Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and over twenty other counties in between, as well as in other states.

We have appeared in a total of 61 different federal, circuit, and chancery courtrooms. Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients. We specialize in business valuation, analysis of complex financial matters in divorce, commercial damages, personal injury and wrongful death loss of earning capacity economic damages, forensic investigative accounting, mediation, and expert witness testimony when necessary. We also speak to attorney and accountant groups for continuing education programs.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are experts in their fields. Our owner, Robert Vance, CPA, ABV, CFF, CVA, is a Forensic CPA, Forensic Economist, and Business Valuation Analyst. He is certified as a CPA, ABV, CFF, and CVA. Michael J. Pascal, JD, CVA, is an Associate and Senior Analyst with a Juris Doctorate and a CVA certification.
