Our story began with Del Cramer, who founded the company with his brother-in-law, Howard Bayse, and later partnered with Russell Bayse to form Cramer-Bayse Construction. Over the years, the company has grown and evolved, and in 1965, it was incorporated under the name Cramer Brothers, Inc. Today, we are proud to announce that we have expanded to include Cramer Land Development, offering hundreds of properties in the Des Moines area ready for your dream home.

Our mission is to construct profitable, high-quality, heavy/highway projects by securing niche markets across the Midwest, developing a skilled and highly motivated workforce, and putting a high priority on safety and integrity.
