Ms. Nelson is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association's Matrimonial Law and Family Court Law & Procedure Committees.

The firm's founding attorney, Robert N. Nelson (1946 - 2011), was frequently consulted regarding family law matters. He was well-respected among his colleagues and was committed to his clients throughout his career.
