Our Story

With a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Southern California, Walt Philipp began his career in the construction industry in 1974, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in both design and construction. He went on to establish Integral Design, Inc., in 1977, obtaining a State of California General Contractor's License in 1982. Over the years, Walt has compiled an impressive portfolio of custom home projects in the coastal communities of Malibu, Silverstrand, Oxnard Shores, the Ventura Keys, Pierpont Beach, and the Solimar/Rincon Beach communities, Ojai, Rancho Matilija, Ventura and Santa Paula hillsides, and Camarillo's Spanish Hills.
