Our senior personnel are the backbone of our firm, bringing years of experience and expertise to every project.

Ignasius Seilie, PE., SE., F SEI is a Principal - Partner at Integrated Design Engineers. With over 30 years of experience, he has led the structural engineering design for high-profile projects worldwide, including the Seahawks and Mariners' stadiums roof structures.

Miroslav Doytchev, PE is a Principal at Integrated Design Engineers. He has managed structural engineering projects worldwide and speaks multiple languages. At IDE, he is a project manager for our public-sector projects, including the Seattle Public Utilities North Transfer Station project that won an American Institute of Steel Construction People's Choice Award for innovation in structural steel.
