Our journey began in 1983 when Dennis and Nancy Mulloy, a husband-and-wife team, relocated to the Truckee-Tahoe area with their four children. As outdoor enthusiasts, they fell in love with the region's stunning natural beauty and decided to stay. Nancy, a seasoned nurse, transitioned into a career in real estate, and Dennis, a former U.S. Army officer, brought his sales and construction management background to the table.
