As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a passionate personal trainer, I, Engrid, am dedicated to helping individuals connect with their bodies in a sustainable and joy-filled way. With a strong background in biology and years of experience in personal training, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including those who have struggled with eating disorders, exercise addiction, or a rocky relationship with exercise and their bodies.
