Design Build Process

Our design build process begins with a consultation, where you'll meet one of our designers, discuss your needs, and get to know our process. Since every project is unique and highly detailed, we are not able to give out estimates during the consultation.

The next step is the design phase, where our designers will take your initial concepts, marry those with years of design and construction expertise, and present a plan for your initial feedback.

After that, we refine and budget your design, making edits to the first design based on your feedback. This starts the pricing process. Most proposals are presented during this second design meeting. Once the initial contract is reviewed, the design can be edited further to meet a budget.

Next, our in-house masons, welders, carpenters, irrigators, and landscapers bring your vision to life. Since our designers are fully involved with the construction process, you know that the design you approved is correctly installed.

Finally, we offer a professional maintenance division to care for your property after your construction crew has left the premises. We offer a detailed maintenance program that we can customize to fit your needs.
