Comfort Home Care Services was established in 2011 with the primary goal of providing the highest quality of care to the residents of Rhode Island. Our founder, Oganess Gevorkian, recognized the need for a reliable and trustworthy home care service provider that could cater to the specific needs of the Armenian and Russian-speaking community. Over the years, we have expanded our services to accommodate a diverse range of clients, and we are proud to have served over 90 active clients to date.

As a company, we are committed to providing our clients with the best care possible. We understand that finding quality care can be challenging, and we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. Our team of caring and professional staff members are dedicated to treating your loved ones like family, and we are available 24/7 to answer any nursing questions that may arise.

Our Services

At Comfort Home Care Services, we offer a wide range of home care services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include:

• Registered Nurses: Upon admission, a Registered Nurse (RN) will meet with you to create a personalized care plan. The RN will also be available 24/7 to answer any nursing questions that may arise.
• Skilled Services: If the RN feels that you may benefit from skilled care such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or more frequent Nursing visits, we will request an order from your physician.
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs): Our CNAs provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, medication reminders, and assistance with ambulation and transfers. They also provide meal preparation as outlined in the client's care plan.
• Certified Homemakers: Our Homemakers complete a state-approved, 25-hour homemaker training course. They assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, dusting, vacuuming, meal preparation, and floor care. In addition, they provide transportation for banking, grocery shopping, and errands, as well as providing companionship and safety.
• Case Management: We can arrange transportation to doctor's appointments, order medical equipment and supplies, arrange for your medications to be packaged and delivered, and help coordinate your care among your health care providers.

Who Pays for Services?

We accept various forms of payment for our services, including Medicaid, the Rhode Island State Department of Human Services Long Term Care Waiver, and the Rhode Island DEA Copay Program. If you are ineligible for these programs, we can discuss a private pay option with our very competitive rates.
