Security Concerns
Jason Van, who gave 1-star review, expressed major security concerns about Cherry Hill Towers. He stated that the apartment is not gated, allowing anyone to enter the lobby freely. Additionally, he mentioned that homeless people have been found in the sauna room, and there have been incidents of catalytic converter thefts.
Amenity Issues
Jason also highlighted several issues with the amenities. He complained that the swimming pool has no restrictions, allowing non-residents to use it. Furthermore, he said that more than $100 in extra fees were added to his rent, and that the parking system is unsecured and allows anyone to park in the reserved area.
Parking and Water Fees
Jason mentioned that the parking system does not guarantee reserved spots and that the apartment unit does not have individual water meters, leading to unfair water fees. The management team was also accused of adding unnecessary fees to the rent.
Other Issues
Jason pointed out that some renters never pay rent, and the management transfers this cost to tenants who pay rent on time. He also mentioned that the rent increases by $100-150 every time he renews his lease.
