At Shear Emotion Salon & Spa, we are dedicated to providing a wide range of services designed to pamper and beautify our clients from head to toe. Located in Hilton, New York, our 1600 square foot salon is equipped with two stylist stations, a nail technician room, a private massage room, and an electrolysis room. Our experienced team of stylists, nail technicians, waxing and electrolysis specialists, and massage therapists are committed to making your experience on time, in style, and the best service you have ever had.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services including hair styling and cutting, nail care, waxing, electrolysis, and massage therapy. Our stylists are skilled in the latest techniques and use high-quality products to ensure that every client leaves feeling satisfied. Our nail technicians offer a range of services including pedicures, manicures, and nail enhancements. Our waxing and electrolysis specialists provide permanent hair removal services. Our massage therapists offer Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, as well as other specialized techniques to relieve muscle and joint pain and promote relaxation.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to their craft. Cindy Lutwiller, the owner, has been cutting and styling hair since the mid 1970s and is a graduate of Wemoco Occupational Tech Center. Karmen Penders, our nail technician and waxing specialist, is a graduate of REOC/SUNY Brockport and has been certified in waxing and electrolysis. Shannon Winter, our Licensed Massage Therapist, has been practicing since 2004 and specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Ken Frank, our Electrolysis specialist, is trained and certified by Berkowits School of Electrolysis.
