Our Leadership

Our leadership team consists of four principals who are personally involved in every design project. David Croteau, President and Principal, has over 30 years of experience managing, planning, and designing projects worldwide. Jorge Cruz, Exec. Vice President, brings over 33 years of experience in project management, architectural design, and construction administration. Kent Kovacs, Senior Vice President, has nearly 25 years of experience in master planning and architectural design. Joseph Marshall, Vice President, is dedicated to the realization of memorable spaces and has a wide range of project experience across six continents.
