The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and is near the bathroom. The guest room is located on the opposite side of the apartment.

The Arroyo - STARTING FROM $816

The Arroyo is a two-bedroom, two-bath split floor plan with 860 square feet of living space. The first bedroom has a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The living area is in the center with access to the patio/deck. The galley-style kitchen includes a breakfast bar.
