Our team includes Bill Chamberlain, the owner and funeral director, who has been in the industry for over three decades. Bill, along with his wife Susan, manages the Custer, Edgemont, and Hot Springs locations, providing an enjoyable working environment for his employees.

Elodie Hawkins, our office manager, has been an integral part of our team. Born in Colorado, she moved to South Dakota in 1997 and enjoys the great outdoor activities the Black Hills offer. She loves her role in helping families during their time of need and is dedicated to providing the best possible service.
