Our Services
Our retail location, Meridian Lock & Key, is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing 24-hour emergency roadside locksmith assistance for AAA members and non-members alike. We also offer camera systems, locksmith services, auto locksmith near me, automotive transponder keys, door lock repair services, access control systems, handicap door openers, mailboxes, residential mailboxes, residential mailbox installation, signage or plaques, commercial mailboxes, and commercial CBUs, and safes.
Our History
Minuteman was incorporated in 1987, starting as a mobile locksmith business operating one service vehicle without any retail locations. After several acquisitions of pre-existing locksmith companies, we now operate seven mobile service vehicles along with our retail location, Meridian Lock & Key, which opened in 1957. We employ 7 full-time locksmiths with combined lock and security experience of over 60 years.
Our Expertise
Through factory training, educational classes, and constant exposure to new products, our staff is always learning the best methods to sell, install, and service the highest quality products available. All of our locksmiths are equipped with leading equipment to do the job quickly and professionally, allowing for 24-hour mobile locksmith service. We are currently contracted by AAA Oregon/Idaho as their preferred locksmith for emergency roadside assistance with automotive locks, keys, and keyless entries in Boise and Ada County.
Our Commitment
We offer knowledgeable, courteous dispatching for the entire Treasure Valley area, with the intent of rendering locksmith and security service within 24 hours of your request. Often, due to our crew of 7 locksmiths and their well-stocked mobile units, we can render same-day service. We have a locksmith on-call after hours and on weekends. We sell door hardware for residential and commercial applications and have access to the best brands.
