Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our team members have a deep understanding of their respective disciplines and are actively involved in the design and management of every project. Meet some of our team members:

*S. Michelle Peavler, PE, LEED AP - Senior Mechanical Engineer and Managing Partner*

Mrs. Peavler has over 30 years of experience in HVAC design and has worked on a wide variety of projects, including renovations, healthcare facilities, and universities. In her free time, she assists the Effingham County Navigator Team, a non-profit organization that supports children with special needs.

*Paul Mamalakis, PE, LEED AP - Senior Electrical Engineer and Partner*

Mr. Mamalakis has over 50 years of experience in electrical design and has worked on a wide variety of projects, including medical facilities, municipal buildings, and higher education facilities. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, beach activities, and rooting for his alma mater.

*John Gross, CPD - Senior Plumbing and Fire Protection Designer and Partner*

Mr. Gross has over 30 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection design and has worked on a wide variety of projects, including healthcare facilities, universities, and industrial facilities. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, family time, and restoring street rods.
