Dr. Churchill opened her dental practice in Tampa in 2001 and has been providing general dental care to all ages throughout the Carrollwood and Lake Magdalene area ever since. She is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry and is a member of The American Dental Association, The Florida Dental Association, The West Coast Dental Association, and the Hillsborough Dental Association.

Our office is designed to be welcoming and comfortable for you and your family. We want your experience with us to be the best ever, and we strive to ensure that each visit is as pleasant as possible. We are passionate about helping you achieve a healthy mouth and creating a plan that is right for you, whether it's improving your smile or getting your oral health back on track.

Our Philosophy

Our goal is to give you the tools and information needed in order to improve your oral health, reduce the ongoing stress and damage to your teeth, and restore your mouth and smile to its proper function. This includes finding the underlying sources of disease, modifying aspects of behavior you can change, and listening to your concerns to develop your personalized plan toward achieving better oral health.

We schedule appointments so that your waiting time is minimal and the time you spend with the doctor is maximized. For that reason, we ask that you provide us with a 24 hours cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We focus on individualized care, using quality products like 3M and fabricating crowns and dentures in our in-house lab.

Insurance and Payment Options

We accept all PPO's and are providers for many insurers. As a courtesy, we will call your insurance company to determine your level of benefits, which are set by your employer. Insurance benefits are estimates, and the patient is ultimately responsible for any charges not paid by the insurer. If a co-pay or deductible applies, it is paid at the time of services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We offer Care Credit for extended services.
