Our Team

Led by experienced architects Michael A. LeBatard and Beau LeBatard, LeBatard Architecture brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each project. Michael, the firm's principal and founder, is a Registered Architect (AIA) and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certified professional with a proven track record of designing exceptional structures. Beau, also a Licensed Architect (AIA) and NCARB certified, brings his own unique perspective and contributes to the firm's commitment to innovative and thoughtful design. With a combined dedication to excellence and a shared passion for creating spaces that resonate with their users, the LeBatard Architecture team is dedicated to guiding clients through every stage of the design process with clarity and enthusiasm.

Our Process

Phase I: Design

• Pre-Design: This initial phase involves a deep dive into your needs and aspirations. We engage in comprehensive discussions, analyzing your desired functionalities, stylistic preferences, and budget constraints. This information is then compiled into a detailed "Program" which acts as the blueprint for the subsequent design stages.

• Schematic Design: With a clear understanding of your program, we begin to translate your vision into tangible form. Through site analysis, we identify opportunities to optimize views, natural light, and topography. We sketch initial space layouts, explore exterior aesthetics, and present you with a series of conceptual design options. This phase is a dynamic and collaborative process where your feedback shapes the direction of the design.
