Bill is not only knowledgeable about the law, but he is also sensitive to the emotional aspects of family law cases. He always seeks to reach an agreement between the litigants, if possible.

Bill was born on March 13, 1940, in New Braunfels, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received both his undergraduate and law degree. After graduation, he served in the United States Army as an officer in the armor branch. After his service, he moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and began practicing law in 1968.

Bill is married to his wife of 45 years, Cindy, and they live in Frisco, Texas. They have three children and eight grandchildren. His family life has given him a unique understanding of the complexities of family law, and he uses this insight to help his clients navigate their legal situations.
