Island Greenery began as Royal Landscaping in 1986, primarily working as a lawn maintenance company. In 2002, we purchased Island Greenery Nursery, expanding our services to include Landscape Design and Installation, as well as Masonry Design and Installation. In 2011, we moved to a new, larger retail garden center on Bellmore Avenue, enhancing our capabilities and offerings.

We pride ourselves on superior craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and an unwavering commitment to detail. We believe that strong customer communication is one of the keys to a successful project. Our staff is dedicated to bringing your project from "Concept to Completion."

Masonry Design & Build

Our Masonry division has installed a wide range of projects for both residential and commercial properties. Such projects include driveways, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, stoops, pool patios, and fireplaces. Island Greenery specializes in installing Cambridge pavers, cultured stone, blue stone, and more.

Landscape Design

Our Landscape Design team will render a plan to your specifications and needs. Island Greenery will plant only the highest quality of plant material sourced from all over the country as well as many locally grown plants. Front foundation plantings for instant curb appeal, backyard designs to create a relaxing oasis around your pool or patio, seasonal flowers and container gardens for color and interest throughout the seasons.

Retail Garden Center

Island Greenery's full-service nursery provides everything a homeowner needs for creating and maintaining their gardens at home. This includes flowering trees and shrubs, shade trees, unique specimen, evergreen privacy shrubs, seasonal annuals, perennials, veggies, fruit trees and shrubs, tropical foliage and palm trees, houseplants, and gifts. Island Greenery also offers organic soil amendments, such as the highly coveted Bumper Crop and Stonington Plant Mix, all cedar mulch, organic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, and so much more. Island Greenery is also home to one of the few Propane Tank Refill stations on Long Island!
