History

LIS was founded in 1993 by Robert Case, a graduate of the University of Central Florida and a licensed professional engineer in the State of Florida. Since its inception, LIS has grown to become a leader in the QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) industry, working with national fast food chains such as KFC, Taco Bell, Popeyes, Krystals, and Dunkin Donuts. Our team has also worked with smaller restaurant owners and franchises, sharing our knowledge and expertise to help them achieve success.

In addition to our work in the restaurant industry, LIS has been involved with the Retail Industry since its founding. We are one of Family Dollar's certified providers of Architectural Services, completing numerous store locations around the country. Our team can handle your project needs from tenant infill to ground-up projects and from interior decor to entire plaza remodels.
