Adams Legal Mediations is a law firm based in Bountiful, Utah, founded by Emily and Lucas Adams. The firm began as a traditional law practice in 2014, with Emily focusing on appellate work and Lucas handling district court cases. Over time, the firm evolved to embrace alternative dispute resolution methods, with Lucas specializing in mediation. Our mission is to help people solve problems without the financial and emotional burden of going to court.

Lucas Adams, a litigation and trial attorney, is an experienced mediator in family law, personal injury, and business litigation. Education and Experience

Lucas Adams earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and has been licensed to practice law in Utah since then. His legal career includes working as a staff counsel for GEICO, a clerk in appellate prosecution and defense clinics for the Minnesota Attorney General's Office and Public Defender's Office, and as an attorney at McConkie Law Offices. He also served as the president of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society at the University of Minnesota Law School.

Memberships and Awards

Lucas is a member of the Utah State Bar's Litigation and Family Law Groups. He has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by the National Trial Lawyers in 2020 and 2021 and was selected as one of the 10 Best Family Law Firms in Utah by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. In addition, Lucas was named in the 2021 Best of Best - Family (Utah) list by Marquis Who's Who.
