Our team is led by John Schaefer, a seasoned media professional with almost 30 years of experience in various capacities of the media industry, from baby DJ to ad sales and sales management. After realizing the potential for direct client impact, John founded Schaefer Media & Marketing in 2005. Our team's unwavering commitment to fairness, learning, and persistence has allowed us to build long-lasting relationships with clients and help them achieve their goals.

Derek Rogers, our Art Director, brings a wealth of design experience and talent to the table. Starting with humble beginnings in MS Paint, Derek has honed his skills and knowledge over the years and approaches every project with the goal of driving action from audiences. His passion for creating meaningful experiences through design is a vital asset to our team and our clients.
