My Journey and Credentials

I hold a Master of Arts and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University, a Master of Education in Clinical Human Sexuality from Widener University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana University, Bloomington. I am also a certified Reiki Master in Usui and Karuna Reiki and have training in various healing modalities, such as Integrated Energy Therapy, BARS, and other forms of energy work. I am a licensed counselor in both Connecticut and New York.
