Our Story

In 2000, Lynlee Altman started Maintenance Solutions, Inc. after an idea to provide construction solutions to the Federal Government. Maintenance Solutions, Inc. performed mostly exterior building maintenance and commercial renovations at its onset. As the company grew through one successful project after another, Lynlee began pursuing larger construction projects and changed the company's name to reflect this expansion of the core services offered by Pinnacle Construction & Development Group, Inc. (Pinnacle).

In 2010, Lynlee met Scott Minerd. Just a year later, Scott partnered with Lynlee and the Pinnacle team and continued to grow the general contracting company as well as a self-performing civil entity, Pinnacle Earthwork. In 2017, Lynlee sold to Scott and retired after a successful 17-year career with Pinnacle. Scott continues to spearhead the efforts forged by Lynlee complemented by the tremendous talents of the tenured Pinnacle team.

Pinnacle Construction & Development Group, Inc. has grown into a company that tackles some of the most challenging work including hazardous demolition and specialized construction requirements for our Armed Forces and several Federal government entities. The company has transitioned from a small maintenance provider to a full-service construction management company, delivering over $10 million in construction projects annually. Pinnacle continues to be an industry leader in unique, complex, and safety-critical projects and takes great pride in our reputation of consistently delivering a quality product on time and within budget.
