• INSPIRE MASTER STYLIST COLOR: Take your color to the next level with our expert master stylists. Choose from a range of services, including full highlights and balayage, partial highlights and balayage, touch-ups, and more.
• SIGNATURE STYLIST COLOR: Our signature stylists offer a range of color services, including full highlights and balayage, partial highlights and balayage, touch-ups, and more.
• LEVEL 1 STYLIST COLOR: Our junior stylists offer a range of color services, including full highlights and balayage, partial highlights and balayage, touch-ups, and more.

HAIRCUTTING/STYLING

POLICIES

At Scotch Bonnet Hair Studio, we strive to provide exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have put in place the following policies:

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final balance at the time of checkout or may be retained at the client's request to prebook their following appointment.

CANCELLATION/PAYMENTS: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule appointments. However, please note the following cancellation policies:

• 72 HOURS PRIOR: Reminder calls and texts are sent out 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of the existing deposit and the requirement of a new deposit to secure the rescheduled appointment.
• 48 HOURS PRIOR: Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of the existing deposit and the requirement of a new deposit to secure the rescheduled appointment.
• 24 HOURS PRIOR/SAME DAY: The original deposit may no longer be applied to the final balance at the time of checkout. You will be charged 50% of the estimated service(s) total, however, this charge can be applied to your next appointment when rescheduled within 2 weeks.
