At Cross Properties, we're proud to be a locally owned and operated business that has been providing high-quality, affordable off-campus housing to University of Maine students since 1985. Our apartments are located in the beautiful town of Orono, Maine, and are close to the University of Maine. Over the years, we've housed thousands of college students and have proven to be an excellent location and environment for them while pursuing their degrees.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to make your college experience as convenient and stress-free as possible. Our apartment complexes, including Timberview, Founder's Place, and College Park, feature 2 and 3-bedroom units, studio apartments, and single-family homes, duplexes, and other rental units. All of our units come with heat included in the rent, washer and dryer hook-ups, laundry facilities, and adequate lighted parking. We also offer self-storage facilities to accommodate your storage needs, as well as U-Haul pick-up and drop-off services to help you move your belongings.

About Our Complexes

Each of our complexes has its own unique features and amenities. Timberview features three complex buildings with 2 and 3-bedroom units, a laundry facility, and adequate lighted parking. Founder's Place offers three complex buildings with 2 and 3-bedroom units, studio apartments, a laundry facility, and adequate lighted parking. College Park features three complex buildings with 1, 2, and 4-bedroom units, studio apartments, a laundromat across the street, and adequate lighted parking.
