Forever Fit Trainer, located in the heart of downtown Northville, is a personal training studio dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Jeremy Daum, provides the latest training techniques in health, diet, and fitness, utilizing a state-of-the-art facility located inside Northville Physical Rehabilitation. At Forever Fit Trainer, we believe that maintaining a healthy and physically fit lifestyle is the best form of preventative medicine, and we're here to help you make a full commitment to yourself before seeking a personal trainer.

Our Services

At Forever Fit Trainer, we offer a variety of services tailored to meet your individual needs. Our personal training sessions are designed to help you look better, feel better, and perform better, no matter what your goals are. We provide one-on-one training, two-on-one training, group and team fitness training, in-home training, and senior strength and fitness programs. Our training sessions focus on strength training, speed, agility, and quickness, body toning, weight loss, post-rehabilitation training, flexibility, cardio-respiratory training, core training, balance and stabilization, sport-specific training, self-defense, and nutritional coaching.

Personal Training

Personal training is the most important part of any fitness training program. At Forever Fit Trainer, we provide personalized training sessions that allow you to focus on each exercise without having to think about anything else. Our NASM-CPT certification was designed to progress slowly and prevent injury, so you can trust us to be sure your fitness training does not do more harm than good. With personal training, you'll receive the highest level of instruction, motivation, and equipment, all in an intimate and professional environment.

Group Training

Our group training sessions are designed to provide a fun and motivating fitness experience. Whether you're training with a friend or as part of a team, our group training sessions will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We provide body composition and nutrition coaching, as well as free monthly body composition analysis and progress reports for our group training clients.

Body Composition & Nutrition

At Forever Fit Trainer, we believe that health and fitness improvement can be made at any age, and that personal training is an essential part of that process. That's why we offer body composition and nutrition coaching as part of our services. With our free nutrition program provided for clients with a 3-hour or more commitment, you'll receive the guidance and support you need to make a full commitment to yourself and your health.

In-Home Training

If you prefer to train in the comfort of your own home, we offer in-home training sessions starting at $100 per hour. Our in-home training sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs, and we provide the highest level of instruction, motivation, and equipment to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Senior Strength & Fitness

At Forever Fit Trainer, we believe that it's never too late to start a fitness program. That's why we offer senior strength and fitness programs designed to help you maintain your independence and improve your quality of life. Our senior strength and fitness programs focus on balance, stability, flexibility, and strength training, all of which are essential for maintaining your independence and improving your quality of life.
