Iowa Top Team Mixed Martial Arts

Iowa Top Team Boxing & Jiu-Jitsu is a premier martial arts training facility located in Clinton, Iowa. Founded by Coach Todd Monaghan, a TUF Veteran and former Iowa Heavy Weight Champion, and Coach Joe Garcia, an experienced boxing coach, the team offers classes in boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for students of all ages. Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, and fun environment for individuals to develop focus, self-control, concentration, discipline, manners, and respect through martial arts training.

Our Services

We offer a variety of classes including Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our Boxing classes are designed for ages 7 and up and focus on developing the skills needed to compete at the highest levels. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes cater to students of all ages and skill levels, teaching submissions and chokes, as well as how to defend against them. Both classes are taught by experienced instructors who have a deep understanding of the sports.

Our Coaches

Coach Todd Monaghan, a native of Clinton, Iowa, brings a wealth of experience to the table. He has obtained numerous titles throughout his career, including the first ever Iowa Heavy Weight Champion. Coach Joe Garcia has over 20 years of experience in boxing and has taken our members to and won many different high-level events.

Location & Hours

Iowa Top Team MMA & FITNESS is located at 126 5th Ave S, Clinton, IA 52732. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please note that class schedules may vary based on the week and time of year. For updates and any schedule changes or cancellations, follow us on Facebook.

Membership Options

We offer monthly memberships for both Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Prices are $50 per month for each discipline. Effective 09/01/2023, we will no longer be offering drop-in fee options unless discussed and arranged with management. Memberships are due on the 1st of each month, and a $5 fee will be applied to any membership paid after the 10th of each month if not discussed and approved by management in advance. We require 30 days written notice to cancel a membership. All membership fees paid are non-refundable.
