Insurance Over Texas, formally known as Dale Jackson Insurance Agency, has been in business for over three decades. Our agency was founded on the principles of quality, low-cost policies, and personalized service. After many years of dedicated service, former owner Dale Jackson retired, and the agency was purchased by long-time employee Martha Juarez. Under new ownership, we continue to uphold the same principles and values that have made us a trusted name in the Houston insurance industry.

Our team is led by owner and agent Martha Juarez, who has more than 15 years of experience in Texas insurance. Martha is married with two children and is excited to be a new business owner. She loves working out with other moms at the gym to shake off stress. Some of her favorite hobbies include reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
