Our History

LADD Security Management was founded by Robert Licata, a retired police officer, in 1987. Our humble beginnings started as a response to the demand for private security services from local business owners and landlords who sought better protection for their assets and properties. Since then, we have grown into a full-service security company that offers a wide range of services to clients in New Jersey and beyond.
