Our planning services include land entitlements, subdivision and minor subdivision plats, feasibility reports, conditional use permits, timber management plans, lot line adjustments, variance requests, zone change requests, annexations, and expert witness testimony. Our site design services include landscape architecture, subdivision and PUD master planning, commercial and high-end residential site disturbance plans, hotel and resort design, campgrounds, park and trail design, institutions, schools, and campus master planning, street and urban design, wetland/riparian determinations and delineations.

Our civil engineering services include airport/runway improvements, grading and infrastructure design, stormwater modeling and design, street and roadway design, sanitary sewer collection and treatment, water distribution, storage tanks and reservoirs, lift stations and pump stations, and stormwater management. Our construction services include new construction, remodeling, repair work, and historic renovation.
