Cancellations and Refunds
At The Winchester Lodge, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we have a fair and reasonable cancellation policy. Please note that cancellations made fewer than 10 days prior to arrival will result in no refund. If you cancel 11 days or more prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full minus a $35 cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards as a form of payment. You will be charged 50% of the total upfront, with the balance due on arrival. We accept cash, check, or credit card for any incidentals or additional services.
