Our History

Our story began when Gene Morgan started selling home and life insurance door-to-door in 1953. Shortly after, he opened his first office location on P Street, offering a range of personal and commercial insurance services. In 1963, he purchased the office building at 2020 Fourth Street, where we still operate today. Over the years, our agency has grown and evolved, with Gene's son Mike joining the business in 1979, followed by his granddaughter Michelle in 2007. After Gene's passing in 2010, Mike and Michelle have continued to operate the agency, building on the legacy of exceptional service and insurance expertise.
