Savor a sip of Cannon Beach at The Bistro

Located in the heart of Buffalo, Wyoming, the Mountain View Motel and Campground offers a unique and comfortable lodging experience in a charming, vintage setting. Our small and friendly motel consists of classic log cabins, built in the 1920s and finished in pine paneling, decorated in a western motif. Each cabin is equipped with HD 1080p LED TVs, microwaves, refrigerators, and WiFi internet. All of the cabins face a shaded courtyard, which features two gas grills, several tables and chairs, and a chiminea fireplace. Our guests are encouraged to sit by the fire and enjoy its warmth, and often toast marshmallows and cook hot dogs on the chiminea fires.

Our Cabins

The cabins at the Mountain View Motel and Campground have a range of bed options to accommodate varying group sizes. We offer cabins with 1, 2, 3, and 4 beds, with the 4-bed cabins comfortably sleeping up to 6 people. All of the cabins have private bathrooms, and there is a shower house and coin-operated laundry facility available for all guests. Coffee and tea are available in the courtyard every morning (weather permitting).

Camping at the Mountain View

Our campground is divided into two sections, one side offering 50 amp power for RVs, while the other side offers soft grass sites for tent camping. All campsites have picnic tables, and the RV sites have cable television. We offer weekly and monthly rates for all RV sites.
