Our Facilities

Bolster-Jeffries Health Care Group operates two facilities, Hearthstone Place and Auburn Healthcare. Both facilities are located in Kentucky and provide personal care home services for elderly, mentally or physically disabled persons who require assistance with daily living activities but do not need 24-hour nursing services.

Hearthstone Place, located in Elkton, KY, is a traditions of caring personal care home. Our experienced and dedicated team provides assistance with personal hygiene, bathing and dressing, medications, making phone calls and correspondence, transportation to appointments, and personal finances. We also offer socialization, activities, and contact with community services, as well as access to emergency and on-going healthcare services, including visiting nurses, in-home rehabilitative therapy services, and medical testing.

Auburn Healthcare, also located in Kentucky, is another personal care home facility that works hard to care for the ones you love. Our team of professionals offers assistance with the activities of daily living, socialization, and access to healthcare services. We are committed to providing quality care and service that meets the individual needs and personal dignity of each resident.
