Our History
South Park Group was founded in 1979 as a small, family-owned firm in Downtown Los Angeles. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to become a leading real estate company in the city. We have completed and represented projects valued in excess of $500 million and 2 million square feet. Today, we continue to invest and consult on deals nationally.
