Soledad Builders was founded in 2003 by Marc Molak and Kelly Molak, who shared a vision of providing beautiful, efficient, and custom homes at an exceptional value. With their combined experience in the industry, they knew they could make a difference by leveraging national purchase contracts and partnering with talented local vendors.
