Unsatisfactory Experience with T3
T3's dealings with customers have been marred by unethical behavior, leaving a trail of disappointed clients. Two authors, Tim Corle and Rick Koci, have shared their negative experiences with the company, citing breach of contract and poor customer service.
Corle's contract was allegedly not honored by T3, who refused to refund his money because the contract specified no refunds. He warns potential customers not to give T3 their credit card information, labeling their behavior as "buyer beware." Koci's experience with T3 was also dismal. He hired the company to set up face-to-face appointments with potential clients regarding commercial property and casualty insurance. However, the outcome was underwhelming, with T3's appointments being "bad/unqualified" and customers not being a good fit for the services offered.
Problems with Contracts and Customer Service
Both reviewers highlight significant issues with T3's contracts and customer service program. Corle claims that T3 only honors their commitments when it suits them, whereas Koci notes that the company's customer service is "terrible." Additionally, Koci points out that there is no mechanism to prevent T3 from setting unqualified appointments and charging clients for them.
