Our Services

We provide a range of services to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Our apartments feature modern amenities such as fully-equipped kitchens, dishwasher, oversized European windows, 9' ceilings, and ceiling fans. We also offer free WiFi, paid water, hot water, and trash services. For your convenience, we have two on-site laundry centers and garage parking available. Our rooftop garden offers a unique spot to relax and enjoy the city views, while our enclosed patio area is perfect for dog owners.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets! We allow cats and dogs with a $400 refundable deposit for the first pet and a $100 deposit for the second pet. The weight limit is 60lbs, and we have a list of breed restrictions for your consideration.

Our community features a variety of amenities including a 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance service, a large entry lobby, and a 2nd floor lounge. Residents can enjoy the scenic views from the rooftop patio, which is also home to our garden areas. We're close to public transportation, including MAX lines, buses, and the streetcar, making it easy to explore the city.
