For those seeking storage solutions in a different area, we also offer Affordable Mini Storage located at 167 Tipton Rd. All our facilities have wide driveways and are easily accessible.

Saddle Butte Duplexes

Saddle Butte Duplexes are our residential units, designed to provide a comfortable and affordable living space. We strive to maintain a good neighborhood environment for our tenants. Although located in Winchester, Saddle Butte is conveniently situated across from the elementary school and close to Costco. We follow and comply with all fair housing laws and the Oregon Rental Housing Association. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that you love our complex, neighbors, and the overall living experience.

Diamond Lake Mini Storage

Diamond Lake Mini Storage offers secure, heated, and gate-accessed storage units. We also provide RV/Boat spaces for those needing additional storage solutions. Our facilities are clean, convenient, and affordable, making us the ideal choice for all your storage needs.

Affordable Mini Storage

Affordable Mini Storage is another one of our storage facilities, located off Tipton Road. It offers the same great service as Diamond Lake Mini Storage but in a different location. We understand the importance of having your belongings safe and secure, which is why we provide top-notch storage solutions at an affordable price.
