As a senior design engineer with years of experience in a leading audio corporation, we have a deep understanding of the intricacies of transducer design and development. Our extensive design experience has been closely tied to manufacturing environments, both in-house and in the Far East. This sensitivity to production and procurement issues is a key aspect of our designs. In addition, we have made significant advances in transducer design methodology, enabling better designs for less cost in shorter lead times. We also leverage advanced computer-aided-engineering tools, such as 3-D solid modeling and finite element analysis (FEA) to improve the quality of our designs and reduce the time from concept to production.

Our comprehensive transducer design experience and capabilities include:

  • Mechanical, electromagnetic, heat transfer, fluid flow, and acoustic prediction, measurement, analysis, and synthesis
  • Finite element analysis (FEA), boundary element analysis (BEA), and custom lumped parameter modeling tools
  • CAD solutions using AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, or SolidWorks

Product Design and Development

We offer comprehensive transducer design experience and capabilities, including mechanical, electromagnetic, heat transfer, fluid flow, and acoustic prediction, measurement, analysis, and synthesis. This includes finite element analysis (FEA), boundary element analysis (BEA), and custom lumped parameter modeling tools, as well as commercial loudspeaker specific tools such as LEAP, XOPT, MLSSA, and others.

R&D and Manufacturing Solutions

We provide product and process design for various assembly environments (manual through fully automated) to minimize cost and maximize quality and output. We also offer innovative solutions to complex engineering problems, including low resonance/high power handling tweeters, ultra-high output port tubes, high excursion to surface area suspension geometry, system level transducer parameter optimization, and more.
