At Dunn & Associates, Inc., we have been dedicated to developing and managing high-quality office, retail, multi-family, and senior lifestyle projects along the Front Range of Colorado and in several other states since 1970. Our goal has always been to create projects that add value to the lives of our tenants and residents. Additionally, we believe in supporting the communities and neighborhoods where we live and work, helping to leave them better than when we started, so future generations can benefit as well.
Our team is led by Jeffry P. Dunn, who has a strong background in finance and real estate. He started his career on Wall Street, working for Merrill Lynch in New York City and Denver for four years. Jeff then pursued his dream of being an entrepreneur in real estate, and he has spent the majority of his past 40+ years developing various types of real estate, including pre-schools, general and medical offices, apartments, retail, and senior housing. His passion lies in developing and managing senior housing, where he can improve the quality of seniors' lives.
Jeff has acquired, developed, and managed over 1,150 senior apartments, assisted living, and memory care apartments, intermediate and skilled nursing beds in four cities in Colorado and Arizona. He has also served on various boards, including Peak Vista, Intergeneration Foundation, Pikes Peak Hospice, Goodwill Industries, numerous boards with Cheyenne Mountain School District 12, and the Broadmoor Community Church. Jeff graduated with a degree in mathematics from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas, and earned his MBA from Regis University, where he taught undergraduate and graduate classes on Investments and Finance.
Another key member of our team is Ryan Dunn, who has been with Dunn & Associates, Inc. since 2001. Ryan was raised in Colorado Springs and currently resides in Denver. Before joining Dunn & Associates, Inc., he worked for Nordstrom as a Buyer and for Kenneth Cole as a Territory Manager, both along the East Coast. Ryan graduated from the University of Kansas in 1996. He enjoys spending his free time enjoying all that Colorado has to offer and spending time with his wonderful wife and two sons.
