In 1973, Gerald Kohnen founded Kohnen Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. with the vision of providing exceptional and personalized service to the Germantown community. Starting from his parents' basement, the business quickly grew and relocated to several locations to keep pace with its expanding customer base. Today, under the leadership of Gerald and his wife Ann, Kohnen Air Conditioning employs a team of highly skilled professionals and serves both the commercial and residential sectors.
