Cross County Veterinary Clinic has been a trusted name in veterinary care for over 40 years, serving the Wynne, AR community and beyond. Our clinic, which started as the only veterinary practice in the county in 1970, has grown to become a staple in the area, providing exceptional care for both small and large animals.

Our clinic was founded by Dr. Harmon Smith, who built a reputation for his skill and dedication to the community. In 2000, his niece, Dr. Julie Boone, joined the practice and became an integral part of the team, bringing her own special touch to the practice and becoming deeply involved with the community. Following Dr. Boone's unfortunate passing in 2019, Dr. Matthew Lackey joined the practice in 2020. We are grateful to have such a skilled and compassionate veterinarian on our team. Dr. Smith has recently retired and is enjoying his well-deserved time on his farm with his wife, Jeanie.
