• Barry L. Crow, Chief Executive Officer
• Barry has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. He started his career as an underwriter and later moved on to become the Vice President of Marketing and Operations for a national brokerage firm. Barry co-founded Roberts & Crow, Inc. in 1985 and has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision and mission.

• Thomas W. Roberts, Chief Operating Officer
• Tom has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds the professional designation of CIC, Certified Insurance Counselor. He started his career as a loss prevention engineer and later became a salesman for a national brokerage firm. Tom co-founded Roberts & Crow, Inc. with Barry Crow in 1985 and has been instrumental in the company's growth and development.

• Julie K. Schatz, Senior Vice President
• Julie has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds the professional designations of CIC, Certified Insurance Counselor, and CRM, Certified Risk Manager. She has worked with private employers and has managed over $20,000,000 in premium volume with approximately 500 workers' compensation claims a year.

• Liz Oquin, Vice President of Employee Benefits
• Liz has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with a background in both fully-insured and self-funded markets. Prior to joining Roberts & Crow, Inc., she had spent eight years with a large TPA in Dallas as Account Manager.

• Cyd Bingham, Senior Account Manager
• Cyd has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She started her career as an agency owner within the Permian Basin, Texas, and later worked with Lockton and Arthur J. Gallagher. She serves as Program Administrator of the national Self-Storage Facility Program launched in 2018.
