Our History

Sunset Hills Funeral Homes has been a trusted name in Sanders County for over three decades. Our roots run deep in the community, beginning with Bunch-Toews Funeral Home, which was established in 1985. For years, Bunch-Toews served families with compassion and dedication, providing a valuable resource during times of loss. In 2007, Wayne and Mary Egbert took ownership of the funeral home, renaming it Sunset Hills Funeral Homes. Since then, they have continued the tradition of providing exceptional care and service, ensuring that the community's needs are met with the utmost respect and sensitivity.
